Yes, you can bring your own food. You can even cook inside the unit. Each unit has its own kitchen where you have available refrigerator, microwave, induction cook, electric kettle, toaster and all utensils but as you are in staycation you can try our Zermatt Swiss Restaurant located at the Ground Floor

Cleaning request should go through Reception for proper scheduling and handling.
The vast majority of our residents/guests prefer not to be in the unit while the service is provided but if you want to be in the room is also a possibility. Just inform it at the reception while you check-in or any time before the service being provided.
We do general/deep cleaning and sanitizing services, as well as disinfecting rooms with our UV lights prior any check-in.
Our team starts their cleaning routine at 9AM
You can cancel your scheduled room cleaning any time but for rescheduling it should be done in advance to ensure LGR will have available staff to provide the service
Yes, as long it covers their scope of works. If you have cleaning preference that require extra time and procedures, minimal fee will be applied.

Yes, we process express laundry and 50% additional from the basic charge will be applied
