  (Room Cleaning, Bed Linen & Towels, Cable & Internet, Up to 3 cubic meter monthly water (there will be additional fee for every cubic meter, if exceeded after 3 cubic meter))

Booking Policy

• One (1) Valid ID shall be presented upon check-in.
• Room rates, housekeeping and laundry services are subject to change without prior notice.
• Check-in time at 3:00pm. check-out before 11:00am.
• Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability. Additional charge may be applied.
• Additional 4% for payment made in any type of card.
• Children above 12 years old are considered adult.

Cancelation Policy

• Should you decide to cancel your booking within 48 hours prior to your arrival, the total room charges will be forfeited.
